The recent November 2023 bond proposal has passed, which means there are exciting things underway for the Forest Hills community. With $340 million going toward school improvements throughout the district, you should expect to see the construction and design teams hard at work through 2031.
Some of the focus areas will be, modernized learning spaces for collaborative and flexible learning environments, substantial athletic improvements which include a brand new aquatic center, and continued upgrades to district infrastructure.
You will be seeing a couple athletic improvement projects rolling out in the near future as a part of the 2023 bond work. Design is also underway for the new aquatic center. In the meantime, there will still be updates on the construction projects that are in progress as a part of the 2019 bond.
