Student-athletes, families, and fans at Forest Hills Public Schools Eastern High School are stepping into a new era of athletics with the completion of the district’s brand-new baseball and softball facilities, of which ended in a 2025 FH Eastern Baseball State Championship! Designed to elevate the game-day experience while supporting long-term athletic growth, the all-new complex delivers modern amenities, enhanced functionality, and a space the entire community can take pride in.
The project features completely new construction, including both a turf baseball field and a turf softball field equipped with new dugouts, press boxes, and spectator bleachers. Additional enhancements include dedicated batting cages for both the baseball and softball programs, as well as new restrooms, concessions, and storage building, creating a more convenient and welcoming experience for players and visitors alike. To support the growing athletic campus, the project also included expanded parking and new fencing that fully encloses the facility, improving both accessibility and security.
Visitors are now welcomed through a new athletic entrance arch and gated entry, creating a defined and elevated arrival experience for the facility. An etched concrete “Hawks” logo adds a custom touch that celebrates school pride and the identity of Eastern athletics.

While the completion of the baseball and softball complex marks a major milestone, it is only the beginning. Additional athletic upgrades are planned as a result of the community's support of the 2023 FHPS bond proposal.
